African Waist Beads | History, Meaning, Waist Training & Weight Loss

So I know in the video I mentioned that I did not have an official place for you guys to purchase some beads in the case that you wanted some of your own, but I did some snooping online and came up with these two sites:

* The first site I felt had really interesting ones that were really pretty, and the second site I felt had more options. I have not personally ordered any from these sites though.

* I would strongly not encourage that anyone that gets waist beads wear them severely tight if you want them to last you a long time. Your waist will mature to the body jewelry overtime, so the change will not be drastic (like corset training or something like that).

*When you wear them at first they may seem awkward and to some, even restricting as far as eating. Eat what you want: but eat with the beads in mind. But these are certainly a spunky way to track your weight.
